There were comfortable beds and coffee and tea making equipment, television, and a radio in the double room. We had a separate bathroom.

We liked the position, close to a shopping area,restaurants,park ,underground and the river. We like to walk to had plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered lots of choice and was fresh. It was easy to get around on the tube if necessary and close to the airport if you want to take a taxi.

I thoroughly enjoyed handy location of this property.

It was good value for money. Good breakfast. Personnel helpful if you made an effort.

One can hear clearly when people are walking in the room beside and upside one's room (not tapping but squel of old floors). Room was a bit smelly, perhaps due to the wall-to-wall carpet? Personnel did not know too much about Richmond.
